Desafios e inquietudes na formação de um profissional com dupla habilitação: o exercício reflexivo

Abstract

O presente relatório foi realizado no âmbito das unidades curriculares de Estágio I (Educação Pré-Escolar) e Estágio II (1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico -1º CEB) e pretende evidenciar o percurso de um estágio profissionalizante, no âmbito do mestrado em Educação pré-escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo, do Ensino Básico da Escola Superior de Educação Paula Frassinetti. A partir da observação, conhecimento e identificação das necessidades das instituições, das crianças, da equipa pedagógica e dos pais e comunidade, a estagiária realizou, ao longo dos estágios, uma intervenção educativa rigorosamente planificada, organizada, concretizada e avaliada, tendo em vista o professor reflexivo e crítico, e utilizando os métodos, as técnicas e os instrumentos adequados a cada situação. Deste modo, o relatório contém uma descrição, análise e reflexão dos dois momentos de estágio, sempre com fundamentação teórica que sustenta a intervenção. Serão, ainda, feitas comparações entre as duas valências, apontando semelhanças e diferenças. Acresce ainda que, no decorrer da prática, foi realizado um estudo sobre a temática “envolvimento parental”.

This report was made within the scope of the curricular units of Traineeship I (Kindergarten) and Traineeship II (Primary School) and aims to highlight the journey of a professionalizing traineeship within the Master’s Degree in Kindergarten and Primary School Education of Escola Superior de Educação Paula Frassinetti. From the observation, knowledge and identification of the needs of institutions, of children, teaching staff, parents and community, the trainee undertook in the course of this traineeship an educational intervention rigorously planned, organized, accomplished and evaluated, with a view to build the reflexive and critical teacher, and using methods, techniques and instruments appropriate to each situation. Therefore, the report comprises a description, analysis and reflection on the two moments of the traineeship, always sustained with theoretical grounding. There will be also made comparisons between the two valences, pointing out similarities and differences. Furthermore, in the course of the practice, a study was conducted on the theme “parental involvement”.
