Um percurso do docente generalista: a complementaridade entre a educação Pré-Escolar e o 1º ciclo do Ensino Básico

Abstract

As alterações legislativas, relativamente à habilitação para a docência, passaram a compreender a habilitação conjunta para a Educação Pré-Escolar e 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Neste trabalho, está presente a descrição do desenvolvimento da prática pedagógica enquanto estagiária. O relatório encontra-se fundamentado teoricamente, de modo a perceber diferentes perspetivas de autores para sustentar toda a prática pedagógica. A articulação entre estes referentes teóricos e a prática educativa, apoiada numa constante reflexão, sustenta a elaboração deste relatório. Toda esta prática desenvolve-se a partir dos interesses do grupo e de cada criança e de uma pedagogia ativa. De modo a que esta prática se desenvolvesse da melhor forma, foi prudente recolher dados, recorrendo a diversificados instrumentos, técnicas e procedimentos, para melhor selecionar os caminhos que emergiram na intervenção. Recorreu-se, ainda, à caracterização das instituições e dos grupos de crianças, no sentido de adequar a prática pedagógica. Assim, este relatório descreve a intervenção educativa sustentada nas ações do observar, planificar, intervir e no avaliar. Por último, pretende-se dar uma visão pelo trabalho realizado, demonstrando as competências adquiridas e necessárias para a prática e as dificuldades sentidas.ABSTRACT Legislative changes what concerns teachers qualification of teaching, came to extend the areas now include the qualification for both education preschool and first cycle of basic education. In this work we describe the development of pedagogical practice as an intern. The report is theoretically substantiated, in order to understand different perspectives of authors to support all pedagogical practice. The elaboration of this report was based upon the accommodation of these theoretical references and educational practice, supported by a constant reflection. All this practice was influenced by the interests of the group, each child and an active pedagogy. Collecting data by using diverse tools, techniques and procedures was needed in order for this practice to develop in the best way possible and to better select the paths that emerged from this intervention. Moreover, the institutions and groups of children were analyzed to better adapt the pedagogical practice. Thus, this report describes the educational intervention based on observing, planning, intervening and evaluating. Lastly, an overview is given of the performed work, demonstrating the acquired and necessary skills for the occupation and the experienced difficulties.
