Educar, pesquisar e entusiasmar: em busca de soluções personalizadas

Abstract

Durante o Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino básico, foi realizado um estágio profissionalizante nestas duas valências com o objetivo de vivenciar e compreender a intervenção pedagógica de um profissional de educação. No decorrer desta experiência pedagógica, foi essencial compreender-se a funcionalidade das instituições, bem como o trabalho que as equipas pedagógicas desenvolviam. As observações ao grupo/ turma foram constantes com o objetivo de se planear, agir e avaliar de forma a ir ao encontro das necessidades, interesses, motivações e características de cada criança. Toda a intervenção educativa foi uma excelente oportunidade de aplicar os conhecimentos que se tinha vindo adquirir anteriormente no processo de formação, concretizando-se várias pesquisas de forma a articular a teoria com a prática. Analisou-se ainda os documentos da Instituição, fez-se pesquisas bibliográficas, registos de observação, análise de conteúdo, reflexões e avaliações. O ensinar, pesquisar e entusiasmar, como o título do relatório indica, permitiu que ao longo de toda a ação, a estagiária criasse momentos de aprendizagens entusiastas para que as crianças se sentissem motivadas e com o intuito de as incentivar a pesquisar e serem elas mesmas a ir à descoberta; tal é descrito no presente documento. ABSTRACT During the Masters in Preschool Education and Teaching of the 1st cycle of basic education, was realized a vocational stage was performed in these two valences in order to experience and understand the pedagogical intervention of a professional education. During this pedagogical learning experience, was essential understand the functionality of the institutions as well as the work that pedagogical teams developed. The observations of the group / class were constant in order to plan, act and evaluate in order to meet the needs, interests, motivations and characteristics of each child. All the educational intervention was an excellent opportunity to apply the knowledge that had been acquired earlier in the training process, putting up several searches in articulating the theory with practice. It was also analyzed the documents of the institution, made up bibliographic research, records of observation, content analysis, reflections and evaluations. Theach, research and enthusiasm, as the report title indicates, allowed throughout the action, the intern created moments of enthusiastic learning for children to feel motivated and in order to encourage them to be themselves and search to go to the discovery, as described in this document.
