O profissional docente na (re)construção de ambientes educativos

Abstract

Este relatório enquadra-se no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar (EPE) e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico (CEB). Pretende refletir sobre o contexto de intervenção, na medida em que analisa os procedimentos inerentes à intervenção na valência da educação pré-escolar e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e, consequentemente, à profissão de educador de infância e professor do 1º CEB. Pretende-se também refletir sobre a prática, ou seja, sobre o papel do educador/professor; como este deve observar, planificar, agir e avaliar; o dia-a-dia numa sala, numa perspetiva de conhecer a realidade desta valência, articulando com diferentes referentes teóricos que foram contextualizando e fundamentando a ação educativa. Os dois níveis de educação devem proporcionar a aquisição de competências que permitam o desenvolvimento da criança ao nível dos vários domínios. Desta forma, é papel do educador/professor conciliar a organização do seu trabalho com as capacidades, necessidades, limitações e interesses do grupo e de cada criança em particular, bem como promover aprendizagens significativas onde a criança seja o sujeito ativo.ABSTRACT This report falls under the Masters in Preschool Education and Teaching of the 1st cycle of basic education. It aims to reflect on the context of intervention, reflecting on all procedures inherent to intervention on the valence of Preschool and 1st Cycle of Basic Education (CEB) and consequently to the profession of early childhood educator and teacher of the 1st CEB. We also intend to reflect on the practice, on the role of educator / teacher ; as he/she must observe , plan , act , and evaluate the day -to-day in a classroom , knowing the reality of these valences, articulating with different theoretical references that contextualized and fundamented the practice . The two levels of education should provide skills acquisition to enable the development at various domain levels. Thus, it is the role of the educator / teacher is to conciliate their working arrangements with the capabilities, needs, limitations and interests of the group and of each child in particular as well as to promote meaningful learning experiences where the child is the active subject.
