Aprendizagem cooperativa: A construção de uma Equipa de Excelência

Abstract

Este relatório traduz a prática pedagógica, realizada ao longo de um ano letivo, numa instituição da Santa Casa da Misericórdia do Bom Jesus de Matosinhos. Inicialmente, abordamos os conceitos de Educação e de Educador, as perspetivas para o futuro dos educandos, isto é, qual é o cidadão que pretendemos formar. De seguida, tendo em conta a nossa abordagem na prática, falamos das opções metodológicas que efetuamos, juntamente com as técnicas de investigação que utilizamos e o modo como efetuamos o tratamento dos dados obtidos. Após este trabalho inicial, dedicamo-nos ao nosso estudo sobre a aprendizagem cooperativa, uma vez que a equipa pedagógica conseguiu atingir os objetivos definidos para aprendizagens de sucesso para as crianças. De seguida referimos as diferentes caracterizações; deste a caracterização da instituição, à caracterização do meio, das famílias e das crianças e das intervenções feitas pelas estagiárias da ESEPF ao nível da instituição e da comunidade. Em anexo a este relatório, seguem os vários documentos que foram elaborados ao longo do estágio e que serviram também de base para algumas conclusões.

This report reflects the pedagogical practice, held over the course of a school year, an institution of the Santa Casa da Misericórdia of Bom Jesus de Matosinhos. Initial we discuss the concepts of education and Educator, the perspectives for the future of the students, that is, what is the citizen who intend to form. Then, taking into account our approach in practice, we're talking about the methodological options that we, along with the investigative techniques that we use and the way we carry out the processing of the data obtained. After this initial work, we are dedicated to our study on cooperative learning, once the pedagogical team managed to achieve the goals set for successful learning for children. Then refer to the different characterizations; this characterization of the institution, the characterization of the environment, families and children and interventions made by interns of ESEPF at the level of the institution and the community. In annex to this report, follow the various documents that were drawn up over the stage and who served also to some conclusions.
