A construção da profissionalização : fundamentos e práticas

Abstract

O presente relatório com o título “A Construção da Profissionalização: Fundamentos e Práticas” foi realizado no âmbito das unidades curriculares de Estágio I e II em Educação Pré-Escolar e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, respetivamente, do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Este trabalho pretende dar conta do contexto educativo e das características do estágio desenvolvido nas valências de Educação Pré-Escolar e de 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e da articulação entre a prática e as aprendizagens teóricas. Deste modo, utilizaram-se diferentes fontes de informação que possibilitaram conhecer a teoria que fundamenta a prática pedagógica da estagiária. Além disso, usaram-se instrumentos de observação, de forma a recolher os dados pretendidos ao longo do estágio, bem como a observação direta e a conversa informal. Esses dados foram importantes para compreender o percurso a realizar ao longo do tempo com as crianças e os alunos. Perante a necessidade de atender cada criança/aluno e o grupo/turma, em geral, foram feitas caracterizações do grupo/turma e da instituição. No relatório foram salientadas as necessidades de observar, planificar, agir e avaliar na Educação de Infância e no Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, etapas cruciais a usar no processo educativo utilizado pelos educadores/professores. A integração numa sala e o trabalho em equipa exigiu uma constante reflexão das práticas usadas e da sua eficácia, bem como os aspetos a desenvolver na construção de um profissional de habilitação conjunta.This report with the title “Construction of Professionalization: Fundamentals and Practices” was conducted as part of the curriculum units of Stage I and II in Preschool and Primary School, respectively, of the Master’s degree on Preschool Education and Primary School. This work aims to analyse the educational context and the characteristics of the placements in Preschool Education and Primary School and the link between the practice and theoretical learning. Different sources of information were use to learn the theory behind the educational practice of trainee. Moreover, observation instruments were use in order to collect data along the placement, as well as direct observation and informal conversations. These data were important to understand the work with the children and students. Given the need to know each child / student and group / class in general, group / class characterizations were made as well as of the institution. On the report was emphasized the need to observe, plan, act and evaluate in Childhood Education and Teaching on the Primary School, crucial steps to use in the educational process used by educators / teachers. The integration in a class and teamwork required a constant reflection on the practices used and their effectiveness, in order to construct a professional able to work both in Pre-school and Primary School levels.
