O docente generalista rumo ao desenvolvimento sustentado entre ciclos de aprendizagem

Abstract

O presente relatório corresponde ao culminar de todo um processo de estágio desenvolvido no âmbito das Unidades Curriculares Estágio I em Educação Pré-Escolar e Estágio II no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Pretendeu-se através do mesmo proceder à elaboração de um suporte escrito que pudesse dar a conhecer as diversas etapas que conduziram ao término da ação educativa preconizada durante estes períodos. Este relatório perfila-se como um instrumento de avaliação e contempla um enquadramento teórico, as diversas fundamentações e perspetivas teóricas que permitiram o desenrolar da atividade educativa na sua vertente prática, relativamente ao profissional de perfil generalista, com dupla habilitação para a docência. São ainda salientadas as metodologias de intervenção utilizadas ao longo do processo de estágio, bem como a intervenção realizada. Este documento contém ainda um balanço final, elaborado com o intuito de se efetuar uma autoavaliação e uma reflexão inerente a todo o trabalho desenvolvido, abordando-se os aspetos positivos e negativos, bem como as dificuldades e eventuais lacunas demonstradas durante o estágio. O relatório que de seguida se apresenta constitui-se como resultado final do percurso de estágio e engloba as diversas componentes envolvidas na prossecução dos objetivos inicialmente determinados pela referida unidade curricular.This report corresponds to an assessment of an entire stage process developed under the following modules: Internship I regarding the Education in Preschool, and Internship II relatively to the 1st Cycle of Basic Education. This document corresponds to a written support which aims for the evaluation and explanation of various steps, which led to the completion of the recommended educational activity during these periods. The present report profiles itself as an assessment tool and gives a presentation of the theoretical framework and background, as well as the various perspectives and theoretical foundations that enabled the development of educational activity within the generic professional habilitation. The analysis performed showed special attention to the pragmatic aspects related to generic professional profile. The intervention methodologies used along the stage process and the intervention are still highlighted during this report. This document also contains a final statement, drawn up with the intention of performing a self-assessment and a reflection regarding the internship process. The positive and negative aspects are carefully covered, as well as the difficulties and the consolidated knowledge demonstrated. This report is the final result of the internship process and encompasses the various components involved in pursuit of the goals initially determined during the internship route.
