A construção da profissionalização em educação pré-escolar e ensino do 1º ciclo do ensino básico

Abstract

O presente relatório pretende ilustrar a experiência de prática pedagógica desenvolvida em contexto de Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. O relatório encontra-se fundamentado teoricamente em autores de referência de acordo com a intervenção educativa. A articulação entre a sustentação desses referentes teóricos e a prática educativa, apoiada numa constante reflexão proporcionam os elementos fundamentais para a elaboração deste trabalho. Efetivamente, esta é a postura que caracteriza um bom profissional de educação, refletir para adaptar a sua prática à realidade educativa, nomeadamente ao ambiente educativo institucional, às especificidades de cada criança e às características de cada meio familiar. Para isso, a observação, planificação, ação e avaliação foram os pilares estruturantes e reguladores desta prática pedagógica. Por sua vez, esta foi alvo da recolha de informações diversas através de instrumentos de recolha de dados distintos que suportaram a realização deste trabalho. Deste modo, a reflexão sobre a intervenção pedagógica e os processos metodológicos utilizados ao longo dos estágios constituíram a base para o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional que contribuíram para construção da profissionalização.The present report is intended to illustrate the pedagogical practice experience developed in the context of the Pre-school and Primary School. This report is theoretically based on well-known authors according to the educative intervention. The link between these theoretically references and educational practice supported by a constant reflection provide the key elements for the elaboration of this work. In fact, this is the best posture to characterize a good educational professional, reflecting in order to adapt his/her practice in the educational reality namely the school environment, the specificities of each child and their family life. To that end, observation, planning, action and evaluation were the main structures and regulators of this pedagogical practice. On the other hand this practice includes also the collecting of information by several collective tools of distinct data that supported this work. Therefore the reflection of the pedagogical intervention and the methodological process used throughout the internships formed the basis for the personal and professional development that contributed for the construction of professionalization.
