De 1983 a 2013: mudanças e desafios no percurso profissional de uma educadora de infância

Abstract

Este relatório pretende fazer uma reflexão sobre o percurso profissional de uma Educadora de Infância ao longo de trinta anos de serviço. Nesse percurso cruzaram-se opções educativas diversas tendo em consideração as características das crianças com as quais trabalhámos. A formação contínua, associada à reflexão sobre as práticas educativas, foram a base para encontrar respostas adequada às exigências com as quais nos confrontamos, dia-a-dia, no Jardim-de-infância, independentemente das caraterísticas das crianças com as quais trabalhamos. Neste sentido, este relatório materializa-se como sendo a parte visível de um processo de reflexão sobre trinta anos ao serviço da educação de infância. ABSTRACT:This report consists in a personal reflection about a Childhood Educator’s career, for over thirty years of service. During this time, several educational options were taken into account reflecting the characteristics of the children with whom we worked. The continued education and the careful reflection on educational practices were the basis for the active search of answers to the demands we face every day, in the kindergarten, despite the children characteristics. AS a result, this report is the visible part of a reflection process during the past thirty years absolutely dedicated to early childhood education.
