Os dez mandamentos da aprendizagem

Abstract

Os Dez Mandamentos, reconhecidos como os ensinamentos oficiais do Magistério da Igreja Católica, são considerados a base moral do Cristianismo, Judaísmo e Islamismo. Neste sentido, quando nos referimos aos Dez Mandamentos da Aprendizagem, vemo-los, igualmente, como a voz de comando que orienta a prática pedagógica. Sendo estes considerados, no livro “Aprendizes e Mestres” de Juan Ignacio Pozo, como a base da intervenção, irá ser elaborada uma descrição e análise das ações desenvolvidas por uma estagiária, enquanto profissional de Educação Pré-Escolar e do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Neste estudo, foi realizada uma investigação qualitativa, em que os dados que a investigadora recolheu do contexto onde esteve inserida foram interpretados, analisados e acima de tudo, confrontados não só com a realidade, como também com as teorias já existentes. A observação e o registo de todas as descobertas foram as técnicas utilizadas na recolha de dados, sendo os intervenientes dois grupos de crianças distintos. O primeiro, constituído por vinte e seis crianças com idades compreendidas entre os quatro e os cinco anos e o segundo, uma turma de dezassete alunos, que frequentavam o 3º ano do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Ao longo do presente documento a estagiária defende a necessidade de atender às características individuais de cada criança, desenvolvendo a sua autonomia e reflexão sobre as aprendizagens que explora. O docente tem um papel fundamental no acompanhamento do percurso escolar de cada uma, adequando e orientando a sua prática, tendo em conta os objetivos a atingir e o melhor método a utilizar. No final deste relatório é apresentada uma comparação entre a Educação Pré- Escolar e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, refletindo sobre as semelhanças e diferenças das presentes valências e ainda a construção da profissionalidade de um professor generalista.Abstract The Ten Commandments, recognized as the official teachings of the Magisterium of the Catholic Church, are considered to be the moral foundations of Christianity, Judaism and Islam. In this sense, when we refer to the Ten Commandments of Learning we also see them as the commanding voice that guide pedagogical practice. Being that these are considered the center of intervention in the book “Aprendizes e Mestres” by Juan Ignacio Pozo, a description and analysis of the actions developed by an intern, as a professional in education, will be hereby elaborated. For this study, data was collected from the means where the researcher was inserted and a qualitative investigation in which this data was confronted not only with reality but also with the already existing theories was done. Observation and registration of all discoveries were the techniques used for collecting data. The intervenient were two distinct groups of children. The first of which, was composed by twenty six children with ages in between four and five years old and the second of which, a class of seventeen students studying in third grade of primary school. Throughout this document, the intern defends the need to care of the individual needs of each child, developing his or hers autonomy and capacity of reflection on the learning that is being explored. The faculty member has a fundamental role in accompanying the course of each of the children, tuning and focusing his practice, taking into account the objectives and reaching the best method. At the end of this report, a comparation between the pre-school and the primary school groups of children is presented, reflecting upon the similarities and the differences presents and also the construction of the professionalism of a generalist teacher
