Processo de (re)construção da identidade profissional docente

Abstract

O presente documento, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré- Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, contém uma descrição e reflexão sobre o desenvolvimento pessoal e profissional da estagiária, potenciado em contexto de estágio em Educação Pré-Escolar e ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico. Para a construção deste relatório ser possível foi necessário realizar uma investigação/análise de cariz qualitativa. Os participantes em estudo foram dezassete crianças, os pais destas crianças e ainda a comunidade do contexto institucional, no que respeita à Educação Pré-Escolar. Quanto ao 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, os participantes foram dezanove alunos, os pais dos alunos e a comunidade do contexto institucional. Obviamente que foi essencial o envolvimento destes participantes, permitindo assim uma reflexão sobre todo o processo de investigação. Estas investigações passaram por quatro etapas bastante importantes. A primeira, a observação, que se entende como sendo o ato de ver atentamente algo. A segunda, a planificação, que passa por se fazer uma definição de ações a realizar. A terceira, a intervenção em si, ou seja pôr em prática o que anteriormente foi planificado com intencionalidade pedagógica. E a quarta, a avaliação, isto é, fazer uma apreciação sobre todo o processo. Todas estas etapas não são realizadas isoladamente mas de forma interligada. Depois da avaliação pode voltar-se a planificar tendo em conta os aspetos positivos e negativos apresentados na avaliação realizada. No final deste documento encontra-se uma conclusão de todo o trabalho apresentando todos os aspetos importantes da experiência dos estágios, pois estes foram etapas da formação da estagiária bastante importantes, visto que permitiram adquirir as competências necessárias para exercer a profissão de Educadora de Infância e de Professora do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico.ABSTRACT This document, conducted under the Master in Preschool Education and 1st Basic Education Cycle, contains a description and reflection about the personal and professional development of the intern, potentiated in the stage context in Preschool Education and teaching the 1st Basic Education Cycle. For the construction of this report be possible it was necessary to perform an investigation/analysis of qualitative nature. The study’s participants were seventeen children, their parents and even the institutional community context, in respect to Preschool Education. Regarding to 1st Basic Education Cycle, participants were nineteen students, their parents and the institutional community context. Obviously it was essential to involve these participants, thus allowing a reflection about the whole investigation process. These investigation relied on four demanding steps. The first one, the observation, which is understood as the act of observe something intently. The second one, the planning, which consists in establishing the actions to perform. The third one, the intervention itself, in other words to put in practice what was previously planned with pedagogical intent. And the fourth one, the assessment, that is, to make a judgment about the entire process. These steps are not performed singly but in an integrated manner. After the assessment it may turn back to the planning taking into account positive and negative aspects presented in the assessment conducted. At the end of this document there is a conclusion of all the work presenting all the important aspects of internships experiences, because they were very important phases for the intern’s formation, since it allowed acquire the necessary skills to exercise the profession of Childhood Educator and teacher of 1st Basic Education Cycle.
