A Construção da Profissionalidade e a Importância dos Valores em Contexto Educativo

Abstract

O presente relatório pretende ilustrar a prática desenvolvida ao longo dos estágios decorridos no 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico e na Educação Pré-Escolar. Para a sua realização foram consultados diferentes autores com o objetivo de suportar a prática desenvolvida existindo, neste sentido, uma articulação entre a teoria e a prática. As práticas foram realizadas de uma forma reflexiva com a sustentação de diferentes instrumentos, atendendo, assim às necessidades de cada criança e das instituições onde foram realizados os estágios. Para uma intervenção estruturada, foram utilizados instrumentos como a observação, a planificação e a avaliação, no sentido de recolher informações que suportassem a ação pedagógica. Todo o processo de envolvimento com os estágios contribuiu para desenvolvimento profissional e pessoal da estagiária.This report is intended to illustrate the practice developed over the stages passed the 1st cycle of Basic Education and Preschool Education. For its realization different authors with the aim of supporting the practice developed there, in this sense, a link between theory and practice were consulted. The practices were performed in a reflexive manner with the support of different instruments and thus meet the needs of each child and the institutions where the stages were performed. For a structured intervention instruments such as observation, planning and assessment, in order to gather information that supported the pedagogical action were used. The whole process of engagement with the stages contributed to the professional development and intern staff.
