O processo de socialização: emergência de estilos de liderança nos contextos de Jardim de Infância e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico

Abstract

O presente relatório, realizado no âmbito da unidade curricular de Estágio I em Educação Pré-escolar e da unidade curricular de Estágio II em 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, pretende ilustrar as experiências de estágio profissionalizante desenvolvidas em contexto de Educação Pré-escolar e 1º ciclo do Ensino Básico. Este trabalho contempla fundamentação teórica interligada com a prática vivenciada e, simultaneamente, sustentando-a. Esta prática educativa foi sujeita a uma profunda reflexão, relativamente à especificidade dos grupos acompanhados, aos valores promulgados pelas Instituições e partindo também das expectativas e objetivos profissionais enunciados pela estagiária. Todo o trabalho desenvolvido partiu, essencialmente, de observação, conhecimento e reflexão sobre as necessidades e interesses das crianças, de forma a preparar e planificar uma prática educativa eficaz e coerente. Daqui surge a necessidade de explorar aspetos de socialização presentes nos grupos de crianças que se acompanhou, e que, de alguma forma, ofereciam aspetos interessantes no desenvolvimento das interações e de relações. Procedeu-se a um estudo aprofundado da temática, partindo da observação realizada, e clarificando de que forma se desenvolve este processo de socialização e que vantagens traz ao grupo, e de que forma se manifesta. This report, carried out under the course of Stage I in Preschool Education and Course of Stage II in 1st cycle of basic education is intended to illustrate the work experience of experiences in the context of pre -school education and 1st cycle of Basic Education. This work includes interconnected theoretical foundation with experienced practice, and simultaneously, holding her. This method of teaching was subjected to a thorough reflection, regarding the specificity of those who accompanied groups, the values promulgated by the institutions and, also starting from the expectations and professional goals set out by the intern. All work left essentially observation, knowledge and reflection on the needs and interests of children, in order to prepare and plan an effective and coherent educational practice. From this comes the need to explore socialization aspects present in both groups of children who followed, and that, somehow, offered interesting aspects in the development of interactions and relationships. There has been a thorough study of the subject, based on the observation made , and clarifying how it handles this process of socialization and its benefits to the group, and how it manifests itself. In the study of this socialization process, there was a constant adoption of different leadership styles in the group, expressed in different ways and in different contexts.
