Refletir para agir: processo essencial na profissionalização docente

Abstract

O presente relatório espelha o desenrolar da prática pedagógica, desenvolvida em contexto de estágio profissional no âmbito do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1ºciclo do Ensino Básico, sustentada por uma perspetiva investigadora e reflexiva. O mesmo tem, assim, como objetivo salientar o papel a desempenhar pelos profissionais educativos nas valências de Educação Pré-Escolar e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico aliado à importância da reflexão na, durante e após a ação, justificando a intervenção e metodologias utilizadas. A prática foi sustentada nos téoricos estudados durante a licenciatura e o mestrado. Partindo de uma perspetiva reflexiva apoiada numa abordagem de diferenciação pedagógica, com o objetivo de desenvolver as aprendizagens ativas e significativas. A reflexão cumpre então, o propósito de garantir o sucesso do processo ensino aprendizagem, atentando também no modo de atuação do profissional docente.

This report reflects the development of the pedagogical practice developed in traineeship of context in Master in Preschool Education and Teaching the Elementary School, supported by a research and reflective perspective. The same is thus intended to emphasize the role to be played by education professionals in valences of pre-school education and 1st cycle of basic education combined with the importance of reflection on, during and after the action, justifying the intervention and methodologies used. The practice was sustained in theorists studied for a degree and a master's degree. Starting from a reflective perspective supported by a pedagogical differentiation approach, aiming to develop the active and meaningful learning. The reflection fulfills then the purpose of ensuring the success of the learning process, considering also the teaching professional performance mode.
