Carrossel de Histórias: dispositivos pedagógicos para a animação da leitura

Abstract

O presente projeto de investigação foi elaborado no âmbito do estágio profissionalizante do Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, realizado na Escola Superior de Educação Paula Frassinetti, sob a orientação da Professora Dr.ª Irene Cortesão e co -orientação da Professora Dr.ª Joana Cavalcanti com o intuito de avaliarmos a influência da presença dos livros infanto - juvenis na vida das crianças, logo desde tenra idade no processo de construção do gosto pela leitura. Com esta investigação temos como intenção aprofundar a extrema importância em que está envolvido o ato de contar histórias às crianças nestas faixas etárias, bem como os vários recursos e técnicas diversificadas que podem ser utilizadas de forma a motivar e despertar as crianças para esta realidade, recorrendo, para tal, a momentos de animação da leitura que ganharão vida com o auxílio de diferentes dispositivos pedagógicos que, por sua vez, serão aplicados e selecionados em concordância com as várias características das crianças envolvidas neste trabalho. Acreditamos que, enquanto futuras educadoras/professoras, devemos procurar realizar uma intervenção educativa tendo por base uma boa articulação entre a teoria e a prática. Assim, numa vertente prática do trabalho, fortemente ancorada em princípios teóricos, iremos focar-nos especialmente na animação da leitura. Para tal, iremos recorrer à mobilização de diferentes dispositivos pedagógicos de modo a perceber até que ponto os mesmos se revelam eficazes na promoção da leitura num grupo de Pré-Escolar. Estes dispositivos, defendemos neste trabalho, terão tanto mais sucesso na sua aplicação quanto mais se adequarem aos ritmos, interesses, medos e caraterísticas do grupo e de cada criança deste grupo, tornando-se assim em dispositivos de diferenciação pedagógica

This research project was made in the scope of the professional training of the Masters in Pre - School and Primary Education, held at the Paula Frassinetti Higher Education School under the guidance of Professor Irene Cortesão and co-oriented by Professor Joana Cavalcanti aiming to evaluate the influence of the presence of children's books on children' s lives, from an early age in the process of building a taste for reading. With this research, we intend to deepen the extreme importance that is involved in telling stories to children in these age groups, as well as the various resources and techniques that can be used to motivate and awaken children to this reality and how it can be put into practice using storytelling that will come to life with the help of different pedagogical devices. These will be selected and applied according to the several characteristics of the children involved in this research. We believe that, as future educators, we should seek to carry out an educational intervention based on a good articulation between theory and practice. Thus, in a practical part of the work, strongly anchored in theoretical principles, we will focus especially on the reading animation process. For this, we will mobilize different pedagogical devices in order to understand the extent to which they are effective in promoting reading in a Pre-School group. These devices, we advocate in this work, will be more successful in their application, the more they fit the rhythms, interests, fears and characteristics of the group and each child in this group, thus becoming devices of pedagogical differentiation
