Ensinar bem, aprender melhor: representações sobre o sucesso educativo

Abstract

A grande finalidade deste texto prende-se com um processo de investigação/formação que temos vindo a desenvolver, no âmbito da prática de ensino supervisionada do curso de Mestrado em Educação Pré-Escolar e Ensino do 1.º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, sobre o processo de ensino/aprendizagem promotor de sucesso educativo numa instituição de ensino privada situada na zona metropolitana da cidade do Porto e com uma filosofia educacional do tipo Kaospilot. Todo o trabalho realizado foi enquadrado por uma abordagem qualitativa e interpretativa, com os dados a serem recolhidos através de análise documental, do inquérito por entrevista - grupo de docentes e à diretora da instituição de ensino - e do focus group - aplicados aos alunos, e analisados com recurso à técnica de análise de conteúdo. Atendendo a este enquadramento, apresentar-se-á este estudo exploratório sobre as representações de docentes e discentes sobre o que é um bom ensino e uma boa aprendizagem, destacando as representações de todos os participantes sobre estratégias promotoras de sucesso educativo, tendo em conta grandes categorias definidas. Os resultados preliminares apontam para um grande alinhamento entre a equipa docente e as considerações proferidas pelos alunos.

The main goal of this text is to become a process of investigation/formation in which we´ve been developing, in the ambit of the supervised Master's Degree in Pre-School Education and Teaching of the 1st Cycle of Basic Education, about the process of the teaching/learning promo of educational success in a private teaching institute located on the metropolitan zone of Oporto with an education philosophy like Kaospilot. All the work made was framed by an interpretive and qualitative approach, with the data being collected through documental analysis, of the inquiry by interview - group of teachers and the director of the educational institute - and of the focus group- applied to students and analyzed using the technique of content analysis. Will be presented this exploratory study about representations of teachers and students about what is good teaching and good learning, highlighting the representation of all the participants about their strategic promos of educational success, taking into account large defined categories. The results point to on big alignment between the teacher's team and the uttered considerations by the students. Keywords: educational success, teaching quality, learning progress
