A relação professor/aluno como condutora do sucesso escolar

Abstract

O presente relatório é o resultado das experiências vivenciadas durante os estágios em 1º e 2º ciclo do ensino básico. Nele irá ser relatado todo o caminho trilhado pelas estagiárias até ao seu final, focando as suas dificuldades e expectativas. Ele é produto de todo o processo de reflexão que se pede aos estagiários e a todos os professores, uma vez que a reflexão é uma das mais importantes ferramentas para a melhoria das práticas pedagógicas. Refere-se um estudo de natureza qualitativa e exploratória, imprescindível para analisar os contextos em que os estágios estiveram inseridos e todas as suas possibilidades de intervenção, para uma melhor intervenção pedagógica pautada pela gestão e deliberação constantes. Durante todas as intervenções pedagógicas, a estagiária atuou de forma a proporcionar aprendizagens significativas ativas e integradas, que promovessem o sucesso escolar de todos os alunos. Destaca-se também a importância da relação entre professor e alunos como um meio de motivação e de conduzir o sucesso escolar dos alunos.

This report is the result of some experiences in contexts of 1st and 2nd cycle of basic education. In it will be reported all the path made by the intern, focusing her difficulties and expectations. It is the product of all the reflection process needed by all the interns and teachers, once the reflection is one of the most important tools for the improvement of pedagogical practice. We refer a study of qualitative and exploratory nature, that is indispensable to analyze the contexts where the internship occurred and all the possibilities of intervention in order to achieve a greater intervention, guided by the constant deliberation. Through all the pedagogical interventions, the intern has acted in a way that gives her students some significant, integrative and active learnings, to promote the success of all the students. Also stands out the importance of the relation between teacher and students as a way of motivation and a mean to lead the students to achieve their success.
