Promoção do Sucesso Educativo: Como? Da(s) teoria(s) à(s) prática(s) em 1.ºCEB

Abstract

A sociedade está em constante mutação e com isso chegam várias ameaças que podem e devem ser encaradas como oportunidades/desafios para melhorar. As escolas são um espelho da sociedade, cheias de desafios e com uma grande heterogeneidade, o que faz com que os professores encontrem algumas dificuldades de proporcionar oportunidades de aprendizagem a todos os seus alunos. Posto isto, esta investigação surge na tentativa de compreender como é que os professores podem promover o sucesso educativo dos seus alunos, que ferramentas podem utilizar para esse efeito. O percurso investigativo foi realizado a partir da temática “Promoção do Sucesso Educativo”, tendo em conta a intervenção da estagiária e a recolha de dados a professores do 1.ºciclo do ensino básico (1.ºCEB). O professor deve só ensinar? Deve fazer os alunos gostarem de aprender? Deve promover o sucesso educativo de todos os seus alunos? Deve orientar, promover o gosto pela aprendizagem e promover o sucesso? Neste contexto, utilizou-se uma metodologia qualitativa, recorrendo ao inquérito por questionário para procurar as respostas ao objetivo deste estudo: compreender como é que os professores podem contribuir para a promoção do sucesso educativo dos alunos. Este documento procura ainda evidenciar competências no âmbito da intervenção educativa da prática supervisionada, articulando a teoria e a prática, demonstrando algumas estratégias mais utilizadas.

ABSTRACT Society is constantly changing and with it comes several threats that can and should be seen as opportunities / challenges to improve. Schools are a mirror of society, full of challenges and highly heterogeneous, which means that teachers encounter some difficulties in providing learning opportunities for all their students. According to this, the research arises in an attempt to understand how teachers can promote the educational success of their students, what tools they can use for that purpose. The investigative path was carried out based on the theme "Promotion of Educational Success", taking into account the intervention of the intern and the collection of data from teachers in the 1st cycle of basic education. Should the teacher only teach? Should teachers make students enjoy learning? Must promote the educational success of all your students? Should it guide, promote a taste for learning and promote success? In this context, a qualitative methodology was used, using a questionnaire survey to seek answers to the objective of this study: to understand how teachers can contribute to the promotion of students' educational success. This document also seeks to highlight competences within the educational intervention of supervised practice, articulating theory and practice, demonstrating some of the most used strategies.
